Our logistics team will make sure that your building arrives on site safely and when you expect it. GCS will take care of the logistics and installation of your new building.
For any project to be successful, every process has to work together. GCS Group will ensure that your new building is delivered to your site as smoothly as possible. From transport, to cranes, we’ll ensure that all equipment is ready for delivery and installation.
Access: We’ll ensure all routes are accessible, including coordinating with local authorities to minimise local impact. Police routing where required, and wide escort vehicles also.
Monitor: There are some things we can’t control, but we’ll keep an eye on potentially risky weather conditions to mitigate danger or disruption to your schedule.
Coordinate: We’ll arrange transport, crane, and labour to keep things moving.
Efficient logistics is all about coordinating all of those moving parts. We’ll leave nothing to chance and organise everything to give you total peace of mind.
Once the site has been prepared and your new modular building has been installed, we’ll get you connected. GCS Group has an expert team who’ll ensure that your building is ready to use from day one.
Essential Utilities: We’ll install and connect electricity, gas and water supplies.
Sanitary Services: We’ll get sewerage and drainage systems set up.
Stay connected: We’ll get you online with internet and telecommunications connections.

You can enquire with us via our website contact form, phone or email. Your enquiry will be allocated to a team member, who will be your main point of contact throughout. We will then get in touch to discuss your project and requirements.

We will then provide a drawing alongside a quotation for your project. Our user-friendly documents will be itemised and show specifications, measurements and images to help you visualise your project.

Once we receive your order we will provide confirmation of your project. A purchase order and signed drawing along with payment of a deposit, secures your order and a build slot in the factory Programme.

Whilst your building is in production there are often preparations needed on your site so that you are ready for the arrival of your new building. All will be agreed during the design and quotation stage of the process and will include things like pre-site visits from our logistics team and preparation of the groundworks.

Once delivery day arrives. Now for the exciting part. Delivery day will be smooth transition for all involved.
Your designated project manager will help and guide you through the running of your building and supply all necessary manuals and warranty documents.

Once you have occupied your new building GCS Group will continue to support any further needs you may have, including O & M manuals, maintenance and servicing guidance, advice on future projects.
